The Register Star's newstower had already been a prominent landmark in Rockford's River District for decades. It's no wonder the addition of the adjacent new press building created no small buzz. This card was sent to community leaders and advertisers, inviting them to a guided tour the new, multi-million dollar press facility, before its first official run.
